Returns & Refunds Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, don't worry! We are here to help you.
- Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your location
- All disputes regarding non-delivery of order or incorrect product received need to be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to our store.
Refunds
- Finished garments cannot be refunded or exchanged, as they are custom-made.

Please note that our office are open 7 days a week (10am to 8:30pm). Any query mailed on Saturday after 12pm and on Sunday will be resolved either by Monday or Tuesday.
