How do I track my order status?

You can easily track your order status by clicking the “View Order Status” link on your account page. If you have any questions or notice anything unusual, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us right away.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All our orders are processed within 5 working days Usually, they will be delivered within 3 days of dispatch.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over AED__. Below this amount we charge ____for shipping.

For how long can I return my items?

You can return your item for 30 days after receipt of your order.

How do I return an item?

Returning an item is easy! Follow these steps:

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges for Size or Fit Issues Only

How long will it take to receive my refund?
